  • Node Hosting on Private Server: We provide fully automated node hosting on private servers, emphasizing security, reliability, and scalability. Features include automated management and node restarts, high-performance servers, and customizable hosting plans.
  • Web Shop Creation and Value Vouchers: Our service includes designing custom web shops, integrating value vouchers as a payment option, and managing online transactions. The focus is on user-friendly interfaces and secure payment processing, mainly through bank wire transactions.

3. Contract Formation

  • Contracts are formed when a client accepts our service offer, either verbally or in writing, and we confirm the acceptance. This process includes the client’s agreement to these AGBs.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Pricing for our services is as per the rates specified at the time of contract formation. Payments are accepted primarily via bank wire transactions. Payment terms, including due dates and late payment penalties, are detailed in the service agreement.

5. Responsibilities of the Client

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for service provision. They must adhere to the agreed payment terms and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the use of our services.

6. Liability and Warranty

  • AFASM GmbH is committed to providing high-quality services. However, liability is limited to cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. We provide warranties as explicitly stated in the service agreements.

  • We collect and store only IP addresses for internal use, such as website traffic analysis, and adhere to data protection laws regarding their handling and security.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

  • These terms are governed by Austrian law. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vienna, Austria.
